Confidence in Rationalizations Webinar

The ability for the interviewer to successfully communicate a sense of understanding to the interviewee is a differentiating factor in the interaction. Part of the challenge in having the subject open up and disclose truthful information comes from ensuring we are removing potential barriers surrounding fear of being judged, fear of consequences and concern of embarrassment surrounding the incident at hand. In this webinar we will discuss why the concept of a "rationalization" is effective, how to develop the most appropriate stories, as well as some best practices for how to successfully deliver the message during the interview. Rationalizations can be an intimidating stage for interviewers to overcome. We'll spend the entire hour working on developing your confidence so you can tackle this step like a pro.
